Furnaces

We specialize in producing high-quality heat treatment furnaces for stress relieving, normalizing, preheating, austenitizing, pearliting, ferriting, and softening. Heatmasters furnaces are tailor-made to meet each client’s specific needs and requirements.

Heat Treatment Units

Heatmasters has designed the most advanced heat treatment units on the market for pre-heating and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) of metal objects. Our equipment range covers both semi and fully automatic units with three or six channels. Induction and resistance heating solutions available, of course with computerized state-of-the-art temperature control systems.

With half a century of experience in on-site work, we have developed high-quality pre-heating and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) elements designed for professional use which are easy to use and designed to ensure a long product life cycle. In addition to standard sizes, we also manufacture tailor-made heating elements to the client’s specifications and requirements.

We offer a wide range of professional tools and accessories including thermocouple attachment units, fixing and temperature measurement tools and recorders, as well as consumables such as high-quality insulation materials.
